The 2026 edition of this remote care management coding and billing resource includes several noteworthy additions. In the 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) final rule, CMS announced the addition of two new RPM codes: 99470 for 10-19 minutes of care management and 99445 for 2-15 days of data collection. CMS also increased the conversion factor (CF), effectively raising Fee-for-Service reimbursement for many remote care management CPT codes.
