The program works as follows:

1. Schedule a 20-minute demonstration to learn about the Prevounce RPM solution.
2. Be impressed — and maybe surprised — by how simple it is to deliver RPM services using Prevounce and agree to give our program a try.
3. We'll send 10 cellular connected devices to your office at no charge to distribute to your Medicare patients. No need to worry about helping patients set the devices up. All they need to do is insert the included batteries and turn on the power.
4. Use the devices and our software to provide RPM on those patients for a month.
5. At the end of this month, you can expect to collect around $1,250 from Medicare for the RPM services delivered to your 10 patients. This initial payment is yours to keep and is free of any fee for Prevounce.
6. If you like our program (and we think you will!), our standard software fees begin the next month, but the device fees will remain waived.
7. If for any reason you do not want to continue with our program, we will coordinate with you to retrieve our devices.
