Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What should first-semester students submit for the for the transcript requirement?

If you are a freshman in your first semester of college, you can submit your high school transcript instead. If you are in your first semester of a graduage program, you can submit your undergraduate transcript.

What should I do if I encounter an upload error when attaching my documents?

Ensure your files are formatted as PDFs and are under the 10MB size limit. If your files meet these requirements and the application portal still will not accept them, reach out to scholarship@prevounce.com

What should I do if I am unable to access the application link?

Applicants sometimes encounter "invalid" or "unable to open file" errors on the Google Form we use to accept applications. One of the following steps typically addresses the issue:

  1. Log out out of secondary Google accounts in your browser so that only one primary account remains active.
  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then reload the page.
  3. Open a private or incognito browser window and try accessing the page again.

If none of the above work, your school's local Wi-Fi network may be restricting access to Google Forms. Try accessing the page again on a different network or via cellular data on your phone.
